The NGL Site is protected by United States and international copyright laws. All rights are reserved. You may download, print, use and copy materials found within the NGL Site only for personal or non-commercial use on a single computer. All copies or downloads of materials must retain any copyright notices. If You desire to download, use or copy any materials found within the NGL Site for commercial use, You must receive permission from NGL. Except as stated above, You are not granted any trademark, copyright, patent or other intellectual property rights licenses in any content contained in our Web site. You may not republish, create a hypertext link to, or create a hypertext frame to any materials found on the NGL Site without permission from NGL.

2. Electronic Mail.

You may send electronic mail to those addresses made available on the NGL Site for the purposes of responding to or making inquiries regarding NGL events, requesting information regarding NGL or legal services offered by NGL, and inquiring about employment opportunities. You agree to cease sending electronic mail to any NGL address upon NGL’s request.

The NGL site is provided to you “as-is.” Your access and use of the NGL site is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, NGL disclaims all conditions, representations and warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise–including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy of informational content, system integration, non-infringement of third-party rights, quiet enjoyment, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Disclaimer of Liability.

To the extent permitted by law, NGL disclaims liability for any lost profits or income, lost business, or ost data, or for any consequential, indirect, exemplary, punitive, special, or incidental damages arising from or relating to the NGL site.

5. Third-Party Information.

To the extent that the NGL Site contains links to outside services and resources, NGL does not control the availability and content of those outside services and resources. Any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular service or resource. NGL is not liable in any way for the outside services and websites to which the NGL Site may link.

6. Miscellaneous.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with the NGL Site or these Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without reference to conflict of laws principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction, and You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. In the event that You gain access to information not intended to be accessed by You, You agree that You will immediately notify NGL and lawfully destroy all copies of such information in Your possession.
