This Notice also describes your choices, how we secure your personal information, and how you can contact us.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
You may choose to provide personal information such as your name, telephone number, street address, or email address. For example, if you want to contact us through the Site, we require at least your name and email address.
Information We Collect Automatically
We may collect certain other information automatically when you visit the Site.
Like many websites, we use cookies to collect certain information that helps us to determine if a particular device has accessed the Site in the past and understand how the Site is being used. Cookies are data files placed on a device when it is used to visit a website, and can collect certain information such as an IP address, device and browser type, operating system, and application version. We collect this information for analytics purposes to determine what features interest our visitors, revise our site features or operation, and as described below. Most browsers allow you to change your settings to reject cookies. For more information, see the “Your Choices” section of this Notice.
The Site also uses other tracking systems like log-files and pixel-tags. Pixel tags, sometimes called web beacons, are similar in function to a cookie and can tell us certain information like what content has been viewed.

We use the information we collect, including your personal information, for a variety of purposes such as:
- Communicating with you or responding to your questions or requests
- Internal recordkeeping

We may also share such information, including your personal information with third parties performing services for or on behalf of NGL. We may also share such information (i) if we are legally obligated to disclose information; (ii) if we believe in good faith that the law requires the disclosure; (iii) to government entities conducting an investigation or making a lawful request; (iv) to verify or enforce NGL policies; (v) to otherwise protect the rights, property, safety, or security of third parties, visitors to the Site, or the public.
We reserve the right to transfer information, including your personal information, in connection with an actual or potential sale or transfer of all or a portion of our business assets, including transfers made as part of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings.
3. Your Choices
You may choose not to provide us with any of the personal information we request. Choosing not to provide us with personal information we request may limit your ability to use certain Site features. For example, if you do not provide us with your name and email address, you cannot submit an inquiry or request through the Site.
Additionally, most web browsers allow you to choose whether to accept cookies, reject cookies, or receive notice each time a cookie is sent to you. If your browser is set to reject cookies, the Site may not recognize you when you return, and some website functionality may not be available.
At this time the Site does not respond to browser “do not track” signals.
